T
echnicore TDM 750 series machines continuously excavate and muck in confined space mines and tunnels from 6 feet (1 .8m) to 22 feet (6.7m) of any profile where they perform excavation, mucking, drilling, breaking, roadheader and shotcrete operations.
The unique design and compactness allows the TDMs to replace the customary 2 or 3 conventional machines most often used which create slow production rates with awkward maneuvering. The TDMs are ideal for hard rock, difficult or changeable soil conditions, NATM-style tunnels, narrow vein drifts where they drill and muck on a selective basis, perform final cleanup in hard-to-reach areas, operate on inclines or declines and inside a shield.

The spoils are gathered into an expandable front apron where the center conveyor transfers material from the front of the machine to the rear conveyor for continuous spoil removal. The boom has a continuous 360-degree rotation and the telescopic robotic arm is equipped with Technicore's quick attachment mechanisms, which allow the
accessory attachments of rock bucket, hammer, drill boom, road-header and boom extension to replace the bucket as needed. The 80-degree side to side swing and reach insures that all areas of the face are accessible

for excavation. The rear conveyor elevates or lowers to load the material directly into a haulage system. The under carriage drops 6-inches below the tracks to allow the apron to drop below or stay flush with the base of the
excavation and for excellent bulldozing capabilities. The TDMs are track mounted and available with rubber tire or rail mounted systems and powered by either electric or diesel motors or both.
