Compaction Grouting

Compaction grouting is a method used to improve cohesionless soils by drilling from the surface and injecting cement grout into the soil under pressure. The injected grout expands as a ball in the soil filling voids and substantially increasing the strength of the matrix.

Technicore has used this method to stabilize the soils around a deep shaft following an unexpected loss of ground.
